The breathtaking views out over the Mediterranean from the rocky Cap Adriano coast of Mallorca demand indoor-outdoor living – open vistas, shaded terraces and elegant poolside spaces for socializing as the sun goes down. Architect Guillermo Reynes of Gras Reynes has created an exclusive enclave of nine villas and eight apartments that capture the blue skies and bluer sea, looking towards the super-yacht harbour Port Adriano designed by Philippe Starck.

The Mediterranean never looked so good as from the decks of Baglietto Mr T. This sleek and sophisticated luxury flagship was designed by Florence-based super-yacht designer Francesco Paszkowski for Italian boat builders Baglietto. Each deck and interior has its own style be it for sunbathing, lounging or meeting up for cocktails. Paszkowski chose Tribù’s outdoor furniture for its effortless elegance and use of high-tech fabrics, an ideal fit for this state-of-the-art super yacht.


Oceanique Villas

A clear view of the sea is a rarity on this popular stretch of Vietnam’s southeast coast, so making the most of it was key to the design of these three contemporary villas. MM++ architects, a French/Vietnamese practice, used their signature minimalist style to open up the living areas to the tropical breezes and blurred the lines between indoor and outdoor furniture with a tailored selection of pieces by Tribù.

Benissa residence

The bold, unashamedly modernist design of Inhabitat’s hill-top villa at Benissa on Spain’s Costa Blanca is the perfect showcase for Tribù’s contemporary outdoor furniture. Inhabitat have used meticulously crafted dry-stone walls to contrast with floor-to-ceiling windows and simple concrete. Tribù adds layers of texture and neutral colours to a scene of pure tranquillity, with its Tosca Daybed positioned to capture the view.

Casa Driessen

Winner of Archilovers’ Best Project of 2017 award, the minimal yet glamorous Casa Driessen by architect Antonio Altarriba is a family home in Denia, Spain, that plays on traditional white-washed architecture and the rough stone of this sun-baked landscape. Movable floor-to-ceiling glass walls blur the lines between interior and exterior, where the same pared-back aesthetic is captured with key pieces of outdoor furniture by Tribù.

The Park Hyatt Mallorca, high above the Canyamel Valley, looks for all the world like a traditional Mallorquin village. However, the tiled rooftops, weathered pink walls and rough, honey-coloured stone walls basking in year-round sunshine are less than two years old and conceal a luxurious five-star resort.

Few hotel terraces have a view as enchanting as the view from the Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik. As the bay curves away from the city, the five-star hotel’s terrace captures the red-tiled rooftops, church towers and handsome fortifications of the old town, which is a UNESCO Heritage Site.

Tribù x Bulgari Jewelry Factory Valenza

In Valenza, so the saying goes, it is easier to find a river diamond than a box of salt. The town is home to the highest density of artisan jewellers and goldsmiths in Italy, which explains why Bulgari chose to locate its new architect-designed jewellery manufacturing facility there.
