The breathtaking views out over the Mediterranean from the rocky Cap Adriano coast of Mallorca demand indoor-outdoor living – open vistas, shaded terraces and elegant poolside spaces for socializing as the sun goes down. Architect Guillermo Reynes of Gras Reynes has created an exclusive enclave of nine villas and eight apartments that capture the blue skies and bluer sea, looking towards the super-yacht harbour Port Adriano designed by Philippe Starck.
The interior designers of Terraza Balear kept the outdoor spaces simple and chic, focusing on Tribù's Pavilion Daybed by Monica Armani on the pool terrace. “We didn’t want to interrupt the views. This Tribù piece doesn’t pull your attention away, but still has the luxury quality we were looking for.”
In keeping with the pale stone used for the villa, Terraza Balear chose Tribù’s CTR Armchairs. The cool, curved, linen-weave backrests also reference the shapes and tones of the landscape setting.
One of the pleasures of a Mediterranean climate is eating al fresco. Tribù’s CTR Armchairs and slimline Illum table provide a seamless transition from the interior styling.
A Natal Alu Sofa, as deep-cushioned as it is stylish, with a strongly architectural powder-coated frame, is the perfect spot in which to relax, take in the view and dream away an afternoon.
